A concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury that changes the way the brain normally works.  The AYSO/CDC Concussion Information Sheet provides information to parents and players about the signs and symptoms of a concussion and the associated risks.  We request that AYSO parents read and sign the Parent and Athlete Concussion Information Sheet.
